Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups Ovino™ Vanilla Sheep Yogurt
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla bean paste
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine the 3 cups Ovino™ Vanilla Sheep Yogurt, ½ cup heavy cream, 2 tablespoons vanilla bean paste, and ⅛ teaspoon salt. Blend on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Transfer to Loaf Pan: Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  • Freeze: Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap or foil and place it in the freezer. Let it chill for at least 6 hours, or until the froyo is firm.
  • Stir Periodically (Optional): For a smoother texture, you can remove the pan from the freezer every hour for the first 3 hours and stir the mixture thoroughly with a fork or whisk before returning it to the freezer.
  • Serve: Once the froyo has set, scoop it into bowls and top with Sprinkles or your preferred toppings. Enjoy!
