Apple & Ginseng Berry Shots - Energy and Focus

  • ¾ cup green apple juice 2 apples, juiced
  • ¼ cup blueberry juice ⅓ cup blueberries, juiced
  • ¼ cup raspberry juice (⅓ cup raspberries
  • ¼ cup blackberry juice ⅓ cup blackberries, juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup ginseng drink or (½ teaspoon ginseng extract + ¼ cup more apple juice)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Orange & Strawberry Ginger Shots - Immunity and Energy

  • ¼ cup fresh ginger juice 4 ounces ginger root, juiced
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup orange juice 2 oranges, juiced
  • ½ cup fresh strawberry juice ½ cup strawberries
  • ½ cup fresh green apple juice 1 ¼ apples
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Apple & Ginseng Berry Shots – Energy and Focus

  • Juice the fruit. If you’re juicing fresh apples, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries, run them through a juicer until you have the listed amounts of juice. If using a blender, blend each fruit with a splash of water and strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp.
  • Blend the base. Add all fruit juices, water, ginseng (drink or extract), and cinnamon into a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Strain (optional). For a smoother shot, pour the mixture through a mesh strainer into a clean bowl or large measuring cup.
  • Bottle and chill. Divide into 10 small jars or airtight containers. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Shake well before drinking.

Orange & Strawberry Ginger Shots – Immunity and Energy

  • Juice the ginger. Run the peeled ginger root through a juicer until you have ¼ cup juice. If using a blender, grate the ginger, blend with water, and strain through a mesh strainer.
  • Juice the fruit. Extract juice from oranges, strawberries, and apples using a juicer (or blend and strain).
  • Blend together. In a blender, combine ginger juice, water, orange juice, strawberry juice, apple juice, and cayenne pepper. Blend until smooth.
  • Strain (optional). Pour through a mesh strainer to remove any pulp or fibers if desired.
  • Bottle and chill. Divide evenly into 10 small jars or airtight containers. Refrigerate for up to 5 days. Shake well before enjoying.
