  • 3 cups cream soda divided
  • 2 teaspoons butter extract
  • 1 teaspoon rum extract
  • ¼ cup butterscotch topping

Topping

  • Whipped cream
  • Butterscotch topping

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Base: In a blender, combine 2 cups of cream soda, ice cream, butter extract, rum extract, butterscotch topping, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve: Divide the mixture between mugs and pour the remaining 1 cup of cream soda evenly into each mug, stirring together gently, to create a fizzy top.
  • Garnish: Top with whipped cream and drizzle with butterscotch topping. Serve immediately!
