Equipment

  • Blender
  • Strainer/Cheesecloth
  • Cutting Board
  • Knife
  • 2 ounce bottles

Ingredients
  

  • 3 carrots chopped
  • 2 inch piece Ginger chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne
  • 1/2 a Lemon sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Wash, chop, and slice all ingredients as listed.
  • Measure out turmeric, cayenne, and honey.

Blend:

  • Add carrots, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, lemon, honey, and water to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Strain:

  • Pour mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl.
  • Press or squeeze to extract all juice.

Bottle and Store:

  • Use a funnel to transfer juice into 2-ounce bottles.
  • Seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • Shake well before consuming.
