These chocolate beignets are made with a homemade bread dough, and fried in hot oil until fluffy and browned. Then while still hot, drizzling with some chocolate sauce to allow the powdered sugar and cocoa powder topping mixture to coat the beignets for a super sweet finish!

To make this chocolate beignets you will need these ingredients:

  • Warm Water
  • Whole Milk
  • Active Yeast
  • White Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Salt
  • Flour
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Chocolate Sauce
  • Powdered Sugar

As for the equipment, the list is much shorter! You will just need:

  • Frying Pan
  • Sifter
  • Stand Mixer
